Celebrating, Reflecting, and Honoring Your Love & Your Life
Wedding Officiant and Life-Cycle Celebrant in Provincetown, MA. I am available to travel throughout Cape Cod, the Islands and New England. I love living by the water and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend as much time at the beach and have more time with my family.
My journey and perspective evolved through my work with people in hospice as they approach end-of-life. I have been providing heart-centered, interfaith spiritual support and guidance to people in transition and their loved ones since 2007. Officiating weddings was a natural addition to my work, and I love that I see it as a privilege to celebrate and honor the full circle of life in what I do.
Many couples and families who seek my services fall into one of these categories~ they are not active in a faith community, are in multi-faith relationships, identify as spiritual but not religious, hold non-traditional beliefs, or are uninterested in religion. My professional training and personal experience enable me to craft personalized and meaningful ceremonies that are unique, tailored to each individual’s needs, and are outside the box
From hospice to weddings?
Yep! During my time in seminary I was called to work in hospice~ caring for people with serious illnesses or at the end-of-life, along with their loved ones. This was certainly not part of my original plan! These initial experiences profoundly impacted my life, transforming my approach to working with individuals and families, from all walks of life and beliefs, during such a precious time. I was fortunate to learn many valuable lessons that serve as the foundation of my work as a spiritual counselor, guide, coach, and life-cycle celebrant.
Working with couples who have been together for a short time to those who have been together 40, 50, and even 60 plus years is also a tremendous gift. I love listening as couples share their love stories, memories and experiences over a lifetime together. These stories affirm what I have known through my own family~ the ways we mark and celebrate our relationships and life’s various milestones and transitions, and how we felt in those experiences, are what we remember as we grow old.
How can I assist you in creating your own meaningful memories and traditions? You don’t need to adhere to specific beliefs; I’m delighted to collaborate with you in identifying the elements that hold significance for you personally, enabling us to design a ceremony or event that aligns with your values and resonates with you.
